Questions about architecture.
What does Zenith Associates do?
Zenith Associates provides architectural consultancy and master planning within Zenith Group. It is the starting point for enquiries about building design, spatial planning, and the overall layout of a development.
What is the difference between architecture and master planning?
Architectural design focuses on a building and its spaces. Master planning considers the wider site, including the arrangement of buildings, access, circulation, and open areas. A project may need both.
What should I include in an architectural enquiry?
Share the site location, intended use, approximate scale, budget expectations, and timeline. Existing surveys, drawings, and reference images can help the team understand the brief.
